How much will delivery cost?

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide metro areas are FREE delivery.

As you know, our lucky country is a big place- as big as the continent of Europe! While we endeavor to offer free delivery where we can, we may have to contact you if delivery fees become uneconomical for us. This will happen for areas such as WA and country areas of NSW, VIC, SA and QLD.

If we find that your postcode requires an additional freight payment, we will contact you immediately after purchase. Don’t worry, if you do not accept our freight quote you can cancel the order, no questions asked!

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch all our orders within 24 hours. Delivery speeds to Metro areas are 1 to 3 business days. Country areas allow up to 7 business days.

How are mattresses and beds delivered?

Mattresses are delivered vacuum rolled in a box by courier. We ship all items via standard courier services, which usually operate Monday to Friday during business hours only.

Tracking details are emailed to you on dispatch. You can track the delivery status of your item on courier company's website. Please monitor the courier website carefully to have somebody home for delivery. (Please allow 24 to 48 business hours before the tracking system is updated)

Most times, couriers do not call or text prior to delivery.

All standard courier deliveries in Australia are to your door only. For any item heavier than 25kg, driver may ask for assistance.

Please inform us if you would like the item left at a location for example on veranda, in porch, inside garage etc. This is known as ‘Authority to Leave’ or ATL.

If you are not at home, a card may or may not be left by the courier to inform you of the missed delivery, when courier feels it is unsafe to leave unattended. You may also be required to pick up the item at the depot should you miss original delivery.

We promise to dispatch all orders within our committed dispatch time frame, however, as we do not control internal courier workings, we cannot be responsible for delivery time frame or delayed delivery.

Where do you send your items from?

Our Sydney warehouse is based in Sydney, NSW. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours to ensure rapid delivery.

Can I collect my item from your warehouse?

We dispatch many mattresses per day by courier and we cannot accept collections at this point.

Do you offer interest free payment options?
We have partnered with Afterpay to offer interest free payments. You can select Afterpay on checkout. Please note when paying with Afterpay that you are entering a financial agreement with them and all financial questions should be directed to them.

Are my payments secure?

We have partnered with world leader ‘Eway’ to process all our credit card payments with its award-winning secure framework. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept Paypal and Afterpay.
